We want you to love your Vedika products. Because we sell perishable food items, the following terms apply to cancellations, returns and refunds.
Order cancellation
- You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched at no charge — contact us with your order number.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or follow the return process below.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or is the wrong item, we will replace it or refund it in full. Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the issue (and the packaging) to vedikaghee.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 96600 67616.
Returns on food products
- For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products unless they are defective.
- Unopened, sealed products with a genuine quality issue qualify for replacement or refund as above.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders: approved refunds are paid to your bank account/UPI after you share the details.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Failed / undelivered COD orders
Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may limit COD availability on future orders. We encourage prepaid orders to ensure smooth delivery.
