These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vediaghee.com and any purchase you make from Choudhary Vedika Organic Farm("Vedika"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products & pricing
- We sell food products including A2 Gir Cow Bilona Ghee and Rajasthani Lal Mirch Chatni.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We try to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. If a product is mispriced, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Product images are for representation; natural food products may vary slightly in colour and texture (e.g. ghee granulating in winter is normal).
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud). A confirmation message does not guarantee acceptance until the order is dispatched.
Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets) processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information so we can deliver your order.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, branding and images are owned by Vedika and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vedika is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.
